A Market Research Company is looking for a Client Service Manager to manage an existing client portfolio and establish relationships with new clients within the media, agency and advertiser industry verticals.


Skills Required
• To assist in the development and implementation of an effective sales strategy within key media/entertainment verticals.
• To manage and renew key client accounts within industry verticals
• Be responsible for the development of suitable presentations to outline a research approach that demonstrates the value/business fit of our services to that particular client
• Resolve technical issues.
• Create online marketing and web analytics reports for clients
• Specify & implement web analytics and online marketing solutions for clients
• Deliver training solutions to clients
Additional
Knowledge and Skills Required
• Commercial experience in online media, agencies or Internet businesses essential
• Proven track record in effective account management.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; excellent presentation skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Able to work to deadlines and under pressure
• Able to work in a team, or individually, often without supervision
• Relevant degree
