DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receive and execute jobs by writing and updating daily schedules. Confers with clients and monitors Production Unit throughout production processes on status of jobs. Confers with established personnel, contracts services with outside vendors, and alters production schedules and job orders to expedite deliveries timeously, and to customer requirements and company standards.
Skills Required
EXPERIENCE:
Must be able to liaison with clients and account executives with at least 3 years experience in a printing and publishing environment.
Familiar with all printing and publishing processes.
Full computer literacy essential. Agency background and Microsoft Project will be an advantage

Outgoing personality with the ability to interact positively on all levels
Pay attention to detail and show initiative with flexibility and willing to work overtime.
