Our Country Management team are at the forefront of our company’s expansion, dedicated to the roll out of a fast growing global brand.

This client pioneered a new global business model that is based on the separation of strategy and operations – all business and brand strategy originates from their Cape Town HQ, while our international distribution partners handle the execution and operations. Their Country Management department straddles this divide.

They manage and develop the markets in the territories they are responsible for building relationships and driving business strategy. Determined, proactive and with exceptional influencing communication and commercial skills, each member of the team contributes to the entrepreneurial thinking that helps grow their business.
