Our client is a strategic media planning company who delivers high-level strategic and innovative media solutions in a “boutique” environment.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Liaise with the Digital Strategist to ensure that the campaign is set up correctly (reports & reporting)
Liaise with the Digital Implementation Planner to ensure that the correct signed schedule is loaded in the ad serving system.
Liaise with creative agencies with regards to the creative execution / implementation
Follow up with creative agency for campaign material
Load campaign in Ad server and associate the correct banners with the flights
Generate conversion tracking code/tracking URL
Check tracking on websites and creatives
Send Ad serving tags to publishers and ensure that the campaign is live
Proactively alert relevant parties of any inconsistencies or issues with each campaign, under performance, over-pacing or any other campaign related metrics
Send client screen shot report to ensure that the campaign is live
Optimise current campaigns - Analysis of data to make recommendations to improve campaign results
Ensure that Client's accounts are correct and campaigns are delivered on time
Send reports to clients/creative agency (set report dates)
Possibly run the Facebook CPC campaigns
Skills Required
-Demonstrate analytical ability to leverage quantitative and qualitative thinking to manage campaign success.
- Must be proficient with MSOffice and in particular Excel.
- Must be able to multitask multiple projects, work under pressure and excel in a dynamic environment.
- Well organised with impeccable attention to detail
- Proficient in mathematics and computational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent command of the English language
- Passion for digital advertising and understanding how consumers interact with online media
- A minimum of at least 1 year of full time experience working in a digital agency or digital media environment.
Additional
Understanding or experience of underlying technologies (Flash, HTML, tec)
- Mobile Media Experience

- Google Campaign Management (SEM)
