| A Financial Institution is looking for a strong, mature Individual to run their Sponsorship and Events. | |||
| Skills Required | |||
| Responsible for the conceptualization, co-ordination and implementation of external national client events and national sponsorships. EVENTS - Strategic planning and management of events - Full external event management and co-ordination, from strategy to completion (including attendance at all events) - Consultation with the business areas and relevant sales teams on events - Coordinate service providers and the relevant marketing portfolio/team member to ensure all event aspects are delivered timeously e.g. invitations, RSVP’s, guest lists, entertainment, décor, catering, gifts and AV etc. - Source and manage service providers that provide the best service and prices and ensure accreditation and BEE status of suppliers. - Monitor, track and report all spend against budget for all events (includes processing all payments to service providers and track to ensure payment was successful) - Submit weekly/monthly/quarterly reports as and when required by management. - Incorporate events activity into other marketing portfolios e.g. internal magazine - Assist the team with other related functions as when and where required. SPONSORSHIP - Sourcing of, strategic planning and full management of national sponsorships (from initial discussions, contract negotiation, assisting sales areas and reporting on ROI) - Consultation with and support of, the business areas and relevant sales teams on sponsorships - Manage relationship with sponsorship partners - Monitor, track and report spend vs. ROI for sponsorships - Submit weekly/monthly/quarterly reports as and when required by management. - Incorporate sponsorship activity into other marketing portfolios |
