Reporting to the Communications Manager, the Internal Communications Specialist is responsible for the effective delivery of information and corporate communications to all staff. The role is wide ranging, encompassing the timely co-ordination of employee communication through a range of channels to ensure ease of access, clarity and consistency. Internal communications plays a vital role in managing this change, delivering the key messages and understanding the impact on staff..

• Marketing Principles.
• Consumer Research.
• National and International trends in marketing operations.
• Concepts, methods and techniques for analysing the market, identifying opportunities and developing suitable strategic and tactical plans.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
• Proficiency in using SAP.
