| NB: THIS IS STRICTLY AN "EE" OPPORTUNITY Main purpose of the Job Junior Online Brand Manager reporting to the Online Brand Manager, will be responsible and accountable for assisting the Online Brand Manager to plan and execute online marketing campaigns. Job Outputs •Manage online advert serving •Prepare and update project plans •Plan online schedule and manage online inventory •Maintain creative and product information on the website •Brief advertising agency on online campaigns and coordinate •Complete responsibility for delivering projects within scope, time and budget •Manage campaigns •Project manage various design and development teams •Project related documentation •Source customer competitions and liaise with winners |

| Skills and Competencies •Insight and understanding of the Internet and online applications •Knowledge of online marketing techniques •Experience in working with ad agencies •Previous online experience essential •Excellent communication skills •Ability to write copy for the web and emails •Ability to interact at all levels •Attention to detail essential •Ability to work under pressure •Creative, analytical, organised, efficient and systematic •Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced demanding environment •The following will be advantageous; interactive marketing experience, interactive media planning ability, viral marketing experience, interactive brand understanding and web savvy experience |

| Qualifications and Experience •Three year Marketing diploma / degree will be advantageous •3 – 4 years online experience •Computer literate in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook •Practical online marketing experience •Experience in working with advert agencies •SEO and PPC knowledge |
