Main purpose of the job
This position is the first step on the managerial rung:
oManage the day to day relationships with clients
oWork in association with your Account Director to manage a team of researchers this includes
oTaking responsibility to manage the day to day work allocation within your team
oPlay an active role in developing line reports, including training, mentoring and coaching them where necessary.
oManage the research process for your clients projects

Key responsibilities
oMange the process of:
Design of questionnaires/discussion guides
Preparation of all material for fieldwork/briefing fieldwork
Data and coding/checking and specking
Presentation preparation
oAnalysing data, drawing recommendations and presenting
oQuality control and ensuring deadlines are met
oMonitoring costs on projects
oCosting projects
oProposal writing
oManaging and developing your direct line reports
oContinuing to broaden research skill base
Skills Required
Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience
Minimum qualifications:
o3 year degree, preferably in Research, marketing, business, economics of social sciences
(degree with stats, maths and market research II and III would be ideal)

Previous experience of:
oAt least 4 year’s relevant market research experience in a research agency, client company, or management or marketing consultancy.
oA passion for brands and advertising is a must, a curiosity as to understand consumer thinking and opinion and a desire to advise clients how to improve their brands performance in the market place.
oRegularly presenting to clients
oManaging all stages of projects from brief to presentation
oAt least one years experience managing a small team/line reports
oMust be analytical with a strong focus on Quantitative Market Research

Technical Competencies required:
oPC literacy in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
oExcellent English writing and verbal skills

oNeed to produce academic transcripts
oShow percentage of experience on Qualitative vs Quantitative market research
