General Summary
The core function of the successful candidate is to ensure integrated, effective and efficient delivery of the overall marketing plan in tandem with the department and company strategy. The administrator will co-ordinate marketing efforts for the Department internally and externally.

Duties and Responsibilities
The two year training programme is designed to expose the incumbent to all aspects of specialisation within the marketing department and is inclusive of exposure to:
o Copy writing skills
o Event Co-ordination and Conferencing
o Brand and Product Management
o Advertising and Promotions
o Graphic and Multimedia design
o Public Relations and Communication
o Corporate Social Development
o Marketing Administration
Team skills:
o Assertive strong communicator with ‘can do’ attitude
o Assist in setting up structures in the department.
o Maintaining a positive work environment
o Preparing regular feedback reports

Qualifications and Experience
•BBusSci (Marketing), B.Com Marketing or AAA qualification
•Excellent Academic Track Record
•2- 3 year experience
•Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
