Skills Required
• Build a team of Telesales and Direct Sales agents to achieve business objectives.
• Train staff and manage sales outputs of the team.
• Pro-actively assist in sales process through established market contacts.
• Structure a sound business process with a view to growing this sales area.
• Management Reporting
• Ability to use initiative and be pro- active
• Passion for sales and management
• Good interpersonal, communication and management skills
• Good presentation and negotiation skills and ability to operate at an executive level.
• Motivated
• Stress tolerance
• Attention to detail
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• A 3rd language is an advantage
Additional
• Previous media sales experience and proven track record in Sales Management is essential
• PC literate
• MS Office, Word and Excel
• Internet and Telesales knowledge required
• Minimum requirement: Matriculation Certificate
