| Skills Required | |||
| • Work as part of a team to develop or implement designs across all digital media. • Create digital elements to maintain current online store, social media channels and other digital platforms. • Demonstrate responsive design thinking to the digital environment. • Develop rationale and design solutions that visualise the entire user journey. • Develop screen designs, storyboards and guidelines and associated project documentation. • Attend client meetings from briefing to presentation and delivery as required. • Partner with the project teams through all stages of each project to ensure compliance to the brief, strategic direction and time allocation. • Ensure the Design Director reviews work for approval prior to being forwarded to the client and prior to presentations. • Demonstrate competency in evaluating creative work and contribute positively to creative development. • Attend pre-production/post production meetings as required. • Brief and check digital creative layout and if required produce assets for development. • Anticipate project issues before they arise. • Organise production specifications and liaise with in-house or 3rd party developers and vendors. • Assist in the preparation of photography shoots where required. • Check and ensure accuracy of all digital creative (including reviewing copy, resolution, browser constraints and digital CI implementation) and client documentation for both design and copy considerations. • Coordinate design progress reviews as required. • Ensure accurate archiving of projects in accordance with the client's protocols. • Maintain awareness of marketing and industry trends and an up-to-date knowledge of the communications mix. • Understand the client's position in the marketplace relative to its competitors and provide thought input in to digital strategy. • Maintain a strong understanding of the design and marketing landscape and identify industry developments that can add value. |

| Technical Skills / Experience: • Relevant Degree / diploma • A minimum of 3 years relevant experience • Passion for digital communication. • Highly proficient in the Adobe Suite of programs including Illustrator, Dreamweaver and Photoshop. • Motion graphics experience is an advantage. • Communication and Relationship Management skills • Service orientation. • Proven ability to meet strict deadlines in an organized manner. • Pro-active with an exceptional eye for detail. • Strong technical knowledge of front and back end web technologies. • Clear knowledge and experience of the content lifecycle and content management systems and process. • Strong vocabulary of digital technology. • Strong desire to keep up to date with emerging technologies. • Good communication, teamwork and relationship building skills. • Attention to detail with high levels of responsibility and accountability |
