Description
Mgr is responsible for the development of "Direct Client" business nationally and for the Key Account Management and maintenance of that market. The NBD Mgr annually develops the Sales Plan for Direct Client new business and prepares & motivates the budget for national direct client sales achievement.
Skills Required
• Achieve Sales targets for Direct Accounts nationally, at the GP% agreed
• Achieve the forecast budgets for Sales, Costs and Profit
• Achieve the agreed growth targets per segment for (i) financial services, (ii) car manufactures, (iii) travel, (iv) electronics, (v) FMCG retailers, (vi) Telecoms and others as directed from time to time by the Sales Manager.
• No lost sales are reported as a consequence of Customer and Territory misallocations or failure to analyse territory servicing needs correctly.
• No Customer complaints or lost sales are received/recorded as a result of inaccurate Price lists.
• No major sales opportunities are lost due to poor presentations or rapport failures by Manager or Executives
• No major sales are lost as a consequence of failure to identify and remove constraints within the authority of Manager
• No valid complaints are received from Customers due to inaccurate or late product information.
• Accurate information and all materials are provided timeously for sales meetings to fully inform all those attending.
• No Customer complaints are received about service delivery or standards agreed with them.
• Ensure the CRM system is regularly updated for (a) Customer Complaints; (b) Lost Business and (c) Relationship information
• Manage the provision and distribution of Promotional items as directed
• Delegated work from Sales Manager and MD is completed according to agreed instructions/expectations
