Description
•Develop end to end offers and solutions for financial services clients including product positioning, packaging, and pricing
•Prepare and execute product and pricing strategy as well as partner strategy
•Mange product lifecycle including business cases, product launch, service/manage and EoL, interfacing with cross-functional teams within the company
•Develop high level product requirements and develop business cases to drive ongoing product developments and expansions
•Collect vendor and client side business requirements, analyze and translate into business requirements
•Generate business requirements and business rules documentation and interface with the product development group to provide input for PRD and FRD generation
•Develop Go to Market plans and work with cross functional teams and external partners to execute GTM strategy
•Generate sales collateral, website Content, Customer ROI Analysis and other relevant customer facing material
•Provide internal and partner sales training on offers, pricing, positioning
•Ensure synergy with product development team, market development team, marketing and sales
•Track and monitor the product from a financial perspective, in line with the business’ goals and objectives
•Provide on time data to manager around any anomalies identified in the business
•Assist cross functional groups identify data from usage that is relevant to optimize the business
Skills Required
•Candidate must have a proven ability to analyze business requirements, and define business rules and requirements
•Ability to define products and solutions, drive them to market, and position them to win
•Candidate will take ownership of product management for the Direct Prepaid Solution targeted at the financial services industry
•Position requires in depth understanding of the financial transaction space as well as basic understanding of the wireless/mobile market
•Excellent communication skills are important, since candidate must work across various functional areas (product development, sales, business development and marketing) as well as with external partners and customers.
Additional
•MS/BS in a technical area. MBA or equivalent preferred
•5+ years product management or product marketing experience in the payment or transaction service/software space or larger financial services industry.
•Good understanding of payment systems and services, software / SaaS development, and product life cycle.
•Ability to communicate product vision and work within cross-functional teams
•Strong analytical, marketing and organizational skills
•Business analytics experiences in the financial space a plus.
•Candidate must have had P/L responsibility

Basic salary per annum R400K (R33000 per month)
KPO Bonus eligibility:R80k
ADSL Allowance:R5880 per annum (R490per month)
Medical Allowance:R13080 per annum (R1090 per month)
